The corporate policy allowing companies to work with inventors to co-develop and market new products then share a percentage of profits with creators by working out win-win deals; rather than having a closed innovation policy which prevents entrepreneurs from having opportunity due to the no unsolicited idea and not invented here outdated policies that research proves does not help companies or the community to prosper as much. We encourage all to respect, appreciate and value the creative talents and intellectual property rights of others and to reward creators by licensing IP, acquiring IP, investing in and working with talent.
